Materials

We have the capacity to work almost any material available on the market, natural, synthetic and expanded rubbers (EPDM, NBR, Neoprene, Viton®, silicone, etc.), engineering plastics (poliamids, polyethylene, Teflon®, PVC, POM, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, PEEK, Polyurethane, Polycarbonate, Rulon® etc.), metals (copper, iron, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, bronze), vulcanized fibres, compressed fibre, greased paper, graphite, thermal and electrical insulations, mica, bakelite, ….

Our engineering department, with more than 50 years accumulated experience, is at your service in an advisory role, helping you to resolve any doubts and to assure your success in any project. We will assist you in the choice of the ideal material to apply in each case, suggesting, if possible, alternative materials at lesser cost. We also offer you the option of manufacturing prototypes or samples.

Observations

We manufacture washers, gaskets, spacers, bushings, seals and a wide range of other parts for the chemical and energy sectors. We produce PTFE axels and rubber joints for sun trackers and thermo solar collectors, washers in stainless steel and rubber for solar panels, silicone joints for wind mills, Viton® gaskets for petrol dispensers, flange gaskets in certified rubber for drinking water in hydraulic installations, seals for high temperature, high pressure and aggressive fluid applications, graphite gaskets for turbines, o-rings,… Thermal power stations, nuclear plants, the chemical and petrochemical industries, water treatment plants, oil and gas pipelines and large scale hydraulic installations all require machined plastics, molded rubbers, washers, seals and gaskets.
