Challenge: moisture infiltration in LED luminaires

Solution: IP‑67 grade compact EPDM gaskets

After a joint technical evaluation, the original gasket was replaced by a custom solution based on compact EPDM rubber gaskets, precisely adapted to the machined housing of the luminaire.

The luminaires passed all IP‑67 testing, including accelerated ageing simulations (temperature and humidity cycling).

Next steps for the customer
