What are your office hours ?

We will be pleased to attend your calls from 7am to 5pm (CET) from Monday to Thursday and from 7am to 4.15pm (CET) on Fridays.

What are your Lead Times ?

As in the case of minimum orders, many factors have an influence on Lead Time. In general our Lead Times are very short, but as most of our products are custom made they are not available for immediate delivery. For Standard Products (Washers for fittings, Copper and Aluminium washers, radiator gaskets,…), the usual Lead Time is between 1 and 7 working days.

As regards any other product, Lead Time may be 1 day for some products or several weeks for special materials or if complex tooling is required.

What are the Terms of Payment ?

Due to our products being basically custom made, we operate with prepayment, Factoring or Letter of Credit. Shortly we shall also be able to offer you the opportunity to pay by credit card.

We are closed from August 03th to 28th and from December 24th to January 1st .

What are the minimum and maximum dimensions you can produce ?

Taking into account the peculiarity of each piece, we can produce minute pieces, e.g. washers of 1x3mm, or very large scale pieces, e.g. sectorized gaskets with a diameter of several metres.

What is the minimum order ?

We have no established minimum order, as this depends on the nature of the piece, the material and the method of production, available tools, required technical specifications, etc.
In some cases the production of a single piece is feasible, while in other cases the minimum may be several thousands. Please do not hesitate to send us your enquiry and we shall resolve any doubts you may have.

In which materials do you manufacture ?

We can manufacture in almost any material on the market. It will depend on factors such as quantities, thickness, method, finish, specific technical requirements,…

What is the cost of transport ?

We will be happy to give you a quote for delivery to your destination. Our international transport and logistics company is competitive and effective, with delivery times of 24-72 hours in Continental Europe and the UK.
